Who We Are

The Glass Vault is a community-centered organization dedicated to supporting and celebrating ethical non-monogamy (ENM) through connection, collaboration, and care. We were founded on the belief that strong, intentional relationships—whether romantic, platonic, or somewhere in between—flourish in spaces rooted in trust, transparency, and shared values.

 

Like a traditional vault, we aim to protect and hold space—not for material things, but for people, identities, experiences, and conversations. We honor confidentiality and consent as cornerstones of safety within our community. Everyone who enters The Glass Vault can expect a space where vulnerability is met with respect and boundaries are honored.

Glass is strong, yet transparent. The "glass" in our name speaks to our commitment to transparency—in our ethics, in our communications, and in the open exchange of ideas that shape our evolving community. Just as glass allows light to pass through, we invite clarity, honesty, and shared understanding into every part of our work.

 

In all of our events, we promote acceptance, require inclusivity, and support speaking your truth. All members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities should feel welcome here. We do not tolerate any form of hate speech or bigotry, and any reports of a member of our group in violation of our Code of Conduct will be dealt with swiftly and seriously.
